Regulations for Reservations and Cancellations – Bed and Breakfasts

  1. Deposit and Payment:
    A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to guarantee the reservation. This deposit can be paid by:

    • Bank transfer,

    • Check,

    • Credit/bank card.

  2. Cancelation :

    • Free: Cancellation is free up to 7 days before the arrival date.

    • Cancellation between 6 and 3 days before arrival: In case of cancellation within this period, the 30% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

    • Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: If the cancellation takes place less than 3 days before arrival, or in case of no-show or shortened stay, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

  3. Cancellation insurance :
    Cancellation insurance may be offered as an option, allowing customers to add an extra layer of protection against unforeseen events.

Regulations for Reservations and Cancellations – Cottages

  1. Deposit and Payment:
    A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior to arrival.

  2. Cancelation :

    • Free: Cancellation is free up to 45 days before the arrival date.

    • Cancellation between 44 and 15 days before arrival: If the cancellation occurs within this period, the 30% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

    • Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, or no-show or shortened stay, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
